Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer relationship Management
(1) Guide sales, after-sales and credit insurance departments to develop customer relationship management strategies according to the business plan and sales/after-sales satisfaction goals
(2) Guide the implementation of customer relationship activities, including telephone and non-telephone mode;
(3) Cooperate with department managers to resolve escalated customer complaints and provide feedback for the long-term development of customer relations
(4) Ensure the update and quality of customer database (such as regular data cleaning)
(5) According to the data security policy, ensure that all departments obtain detailed customer information as required
2. Customer cultivation and management
(1) Provide guidance for solving customer needs in sales and after-sales incoming calls
(2) Implement and manage sales and after-sales outbound call activities (such as annual service prompt, marketing activities, follow-up of lost sales)
(3) Ensure to provide professional, efficient and enthusiastic service to customers from reception to handover
(4) Supervise customer facilities and showroom layout related to BDC department to ensure that they meet professional standards
3. Coordinate indexes of sales satisfaction (SSI)/after-sales satisfaction (CSI)
