Food-level CMC plays the roles of thickening, emulsification, shaping, water retention and stability. Adding CMC in food is contributing to reduced production cost, improvement in food grade and taste, and prolonging of shelf life, it is an ideal additive in food industry, and can be extensively applicable to production of solid or liquid beverages, canned food, candy, pastry, meat products, biscuits, instant noodles, curl noodle, quick-cooking food, quick-freezing lock snacks, soymilk, yoghourt, peanut milk, fruit tea, juice, etc.
4. Packaging and Storage
Product is packed in fiber can lined with polyethylene film or PVC coated polypropylene woven bags, in net weight of 25kg per can (bag);
It should be kept away from exposure to the sun, rain and moisture in storage and transportation.
